Pickup Charges: A pickup fee of ₹120 per product will be charged for facilitating the return. This fee is prepaid.

Return Timeline: If you are shipping the product back to us, please ensure it is shipped within 7 days from the date of delivery. No exchange requests will be considered for products shipped back after this 7-day period.

Proof of Damage: In the event of a damaged product, we require an unboxing video as proof. Please ensure this is documented upon receipt of the package.

Exchange Only: We offer exchange. The exchanged product will be shipped after receiving the original product, which will undergo a quality check.

Additional Information:

Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact. Any used, altered, or washed products will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process: The exchanged item will be dispatched after the original product has been received, checked for quality, and approved for exchange.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
